What is counselling?
Counselling gives you the space to talk openly about what you are experiencing, better understand yourself, and work through challenges with support. It can help with things like stress, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or even if you’re just not sure what’s next. It also helps to support greater mental clarity, enhance coping skills, and develop meaningful change in your life. There are also more targeted applications if you have a specific concern or challenge that you are struggling with; counselling provides space and evidence-based support to work through it.

The Process
-
Not yet thinking about seeking help or support.
-
Considering seeking support, but possibly not settled on the idea yet.
-
Actively seeking support, and looking for a counsellor.
-
Contacting a counsellor and booking first session.
-
Seeing a counsellor regularly and consistently re-evaluating goals and challenges.
-
Click on the contact us tab at the top of this page if you have any questions.
-
Book your 30-minute introduction session. This helps make sure that Crucible is the right fit for you, and get all of your information, goals, and concerns entered.
-
This is where the ‘work’ starts. The first session is different for everyone and will be tailored to the goals and concerns discussed in your Introduction Session.
