You can bring whatever feels important to you. This may include stress, anxiety, anger, relationships, fatherhood, identity, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or a general sense of feeling stuck or disconnected.

Yes. Counselling is confidential, except where disclosure may be required by law or where there are serious concerns about safety. These limits will be explained clearly at the beginning of the process.

No. Counselling is not only for times of crisis. Many people seek support when they want space to reflect, better understand themselves, work through challenges, or make meaningful changes in their lives.

Standard counselling sessions run for 50 minutes. The introductory session runs for 30 minutes.

This depends on your needs, goals, and circumstances. Some people benefit from weekly sessions, while others may prefer fortnightly appointments. This can be discussed together based on what feels appropriate and sustainable.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Unfortunately, due to current legislation, counselling is not bulk billable or covered under mental healthcare plans. However, we are registered with multiple private health funds for extras cover, which can be claimed through your provider.
